Licensing choices

Microsoft’s latest version of their Office suite is available in two different licensing models; single purchase (Office 2021) and subscription-based (Office 365). We sell only Office 2021 which is based on the more traditional one-off licence purchase. In contrast, Office 365 is subscription based which means that you need to pay annually in order to be able to continue to use the software.

Office 2021 can be installed on a single PC and used indefinitely. The software can be transferred from one PC to another should your current PC break down or if you decide to buy a new computer.

Software installation

Office 2019 licences are supplied as Product Codes which are then used to activate the software which can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. Please note that because Product Codes are “medialess” and often sent via email, installation DVDs are not supplied.

Home and Student - H&S is supplied with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams. Home and Business - H&B is supplied with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Teams.
